Personal Assistant

Job Description

The personal Assistant is responsible for providing key administrative support to the CEO of the company.

The key duties include:

- Providing general administrative support to the CEO

- Handling phone calls, emails

- Keeping track of CEOs daily schedule

- Keeping minutes to CEOs meetings

- Making travelling arrangements

Requirements

- Degree preferably from a secretary school or in business administration

- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position

- Excellent knowledge of German language (both oral and written)

- Proficient level of English language (both oral and written)

- Excellent communication and organisation skills

- Ability to thrive under pressure

- Advanced knowledge of MS office suite (word, excel, powerpoint and outlook)
