[Job Description]


● Responsible for various markets, customers, partners etc worldwide

● International business development

● Contact prospective buyers through traditional ways but also Internet, Linkendin, etc

● Visit clients/exhibitions/shows etc. upon request, to close deals and inform them about product technical characteristics and advantages.

● Research and identify potential customers’ needs for products.

● Collaborate with pre-sales engineering teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide extensive technical expertise for further sales support.

● Prepare and deliver final technical proposals /offers to customers.

● Negotiate and close agreements.

● Assign and hand over the project to the technical department.

● Offer after-sales support to client, manages the financial part of the agreement and monitors the closure of the project.

● Promoting GLASSCONs products & services to new and existing Architects, General Contractors and Investors/Developers.

● Attend networking events, trade exhibitions and promotional events to gather market information.

● Generate project or business opportunities in the region in order to meet growth strategies and achieving sales targets.

● Visit sites for technical evaluation and conduct accurate surveys when required.

● Preparation of technical presentations for sales meetings, architect seminars and customer meetings to support business activities.

● Ensure that all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are updated and adhered to the corporate image.

● Research, investigate, pursue sales leads and identify any potential new business opportunity.

● Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain existing customer’s relationship within the construction industry.

● Effectively contribute technical advice to assist customers in system selection.

● Regular travel and visit to key customers, end-clients, architects and investors.

● Responsible for market follow-up by means of a Customer Relation Management software.


Nationality: German, English or French.

Languages: Excellent knowledge in English & French. Knowledge of Greek Language is NOT required.

Software: AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, Solidworks, Excel, Primavera etc.

Web: Strong social networking presence Google , Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. & experience with pictures/videos uploads

Job-Location: Athens/Greece

Experience: Minimum of 15 years in similar position.

[Desired Skills and Expertise]

Russian and/or Turkish and/or Persian and/or Arabic would be an advantage
