Role Requirements:
Excellent level of German (C1/C2) and a good level of English (B2).
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset and a professional, customer-focused approach
Assist all customers through inbound calls and emails.
Enthusiasm for continuous learning.
Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work a full-time schedule (5 days per week, 8 hours per day) in rotating shifts
Availability to work from our centrally located offices in Athens.
