Online Sales as a Customer Experience Provider is offering integrated telemarketing services regarding the efficient management of potential and existing customers. Representing key players in the Telecommunications, Energy and Food Industry, has achieved to establish customer credibility of providing high quality business service.

Job Role: Will effectively manage outbound calls to German speaking customers. You will have to process the enquiries and do the data input through a CRM and report any complex issues to the team’s Supervisors.


  • Proficient in both German and English (written and oral skills)
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Experience in sales will be considered as an asset
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
  • High school degree
