Η Θέση: Ψάχνουμε έναν/μια Telecom Appointment Services Officer πλήρους απασχόλησης, ο οποίος θα υποστηρίζει το τμήμα σε όλες τις λειτουργίες και θα επικοινωνεί με τους οικιακούς πελάτες για να ορίσει ραντεβού για την ενεργοποίηση των υπηρεσιών δικτύου προκειμένου να συνδεθούν με το δίκτυο του παρόχου.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες θέσης:

  • Διαχείριση και οργάνωση των ραντεβού
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω τηλεφωνικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας στη Γερμανική γλώσσα
  • Παρακολούθηση της διαθεσιμότητας των συνεργείων και επικοινωνία με τους οικιακούς καταναλωτές για να ορίσει ραντεβού ενεργοποίησης της σύνδεσής τους.
  • Καθημερινή ενημέρωση της βάσης δεδομένων πελατών με τα αντίστοιχα στοιχεία
  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων

Registration of new users:

  • •Registering new small-to-medium sized businesses for a leading e-commerce platform
  • •Reach decision makers of already registered on the B2C side or potential clients to become members of the B2B platform via phone and by email
  • •Closely follow up and create strong relations with decision makers to secure the B2B registration

Language Skills:

Native speakers or C2 for the production language and C1 for the English language

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

Salaries and bonus:

  • Competitive remuneration package / 14 salaries (1150 € gross per month)
  • Performance bonus (250 € gross per month by 100% till 500€ by 200%)

Position Brief:

The expert will perform a diverse set of accounting & administrative activities for various companies of the EUROPEAN DYNAMICS group located in different countries.

Key activities and responsibilities:

 Finance support, accounting & compliance related activities;

 HR and payroll support related activities;

 Communication with local public authorities, banks, accountants, auditors, social security secretariats, etc.;

 Business development assistance and coordination of a wide range of interactions among the members of the group from each country;

 Provision of advanced assistance and administrative services; review and control of correspondence, information research, problem solving;

 Administrative support in the context of various contracts with clients;

Requirements

Desired skills & Experience:

 Bachelor degree in Finance (preferably) or Business studies;

 4-5 years of relevant professional experience;

 Good Knowledge of office automation tools and Internet use;

 Being familiar with EU organisations would be considered as a strong asset.
