Job Description

  • Answering inbound calls and e-mails
  • Resolving client queries and problems.
  • Providing high level of customer service and technical support.

Profile of the successful candidates:

  • Native speaking or possessing excellent knowledge of the German language.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Good knowledge of PC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as aptitude to follow strict procedures and policies, being part of a multinational company
